Because the customer had similar equipment, they did not requireus to installation. However, they cannot produce properly and the customers are very angry and dissatisfied with our machine.

After we learned of the situation, we comforted the customer and asked to send someone to installation.
We ensured that if our machine can’t produce the product they are satisfied with, we will assume all the risk responsibilities.

When our workers arrived at the factory, they quickly identified the problems. Because the workers in the customer’s factory didn’tknow our machine very well, improper operation could prevent themachine from functioning.

Our engineers spent a week at the customer’s factory, solved all the problems, and trained staff how to operate the machine correctly.
