Factory Profile
Wanplas Group’s Apollo factory is located in Taixing, China, which lies conveniently near to the city of China, Shanghai. The factory occupy an area of 8,000 square metersand annual production capacity curently stands at more than 100 sets. As a professional manufacturer of automatic blow moulding machines, the factory can make ten series, of which there are over eighty models, suitable for the production of different shapes of hollow plastic products. Our products include bottles, kettles, jerry cans vessels, tool boxes, toys, seats and plastic items for automobiles, and can be made with capacities from 5ml to 5000L.
The primany characteristics of our ABL series of automatic blow moulding machines are their versatity and technical prowess. Among their advantages, there are a wide production range, being able to produce a variely of hollow products, and advisable for many uses. They are also fast and reliable as well as suitable for processing materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, ABS, PS, EVA, TPU and PETG.
The components used in ther construction make them of an advanced nature, they have been fited with Japanese PLC controls and have interactive human-machine interfaces, including automaic temperature control, production parameter preseting, function selection, mold saving and automatic alarm systems. For our machines, we have adopted imported hydrauic and electical elements and installed proportional control and high-perfomance reducers. In al, we believe we have thougnt of everything and this series of machinery is perfectly suited to perform a multitude of plastic hollow products.
