Our Faygo factory is a professional manufacturer engaged in research, production, and sales of blow molding machines, plastic extruders, and food packaging equipment. Covering an area of over 20000 square meters. There are three processing factories in total: the blow molding machine factory, which is used for designing and manufacturing PET, PE and other blow molding machines, as well as blow molding and filling integrated machines. Our bottle blowing machine has 5 invention patents and 8 utility model patents. The PET bottle blowing machine produced has many advantages such as fast production speed, modular design, easy operation, and energy saving. The second factory is a plastic extrusion machinery manufacturing plant, including plastic pipe extrusion production lines, plastic profile extrusion production lines, plastic sheet production lines, and other plastic extrusion production lines. The high-speed production line for plastic PPR pipes can provide PE with a speed of up to 40m/min, and PPR pipes can be transported at high speeds with advanced production technology. The third factory is a plastic recycling and extrusion equipment production factory, which researches new technologies for plastic bottle and film recycling and granulation. At the same time, the factory also produces plastic auxiliary equipment for manufacturing. Currently, plastic recycling and extrusion can reach 4000kg/hr, PET bottle cleaning line and 2000kg/hr plastic film cleaning line.
