Wanplas Group’s AiBiM factory locates in the golden mile of Yangtze River deltaonly 100km to Shanghai. With more than ten years experience in manufacturing plastic machines, the factory have developed out Injection (stretch) Blow molding machine [l(S)B] and mould series. It is a kind of three station-one step hollow molding machine. Products volumes are from 3ml to 1000ml, suitable for general material PE(HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE), PP, PS, ABS, SAN, TPU, PC, PCTG, etc. The machine has been widely applied to many packing fields, such as Pharmaceutics, food, drink, cosmetic, etc. All through these years, the factory have already exported many machines abroad. Mainly to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, Americas, and Africa.
Machine Features
- The clamping framework adopts single-crossbeam, double poles, which enlarge the space of seting mould, much easier to install mould.
- Unique PREFlLL technology and variable displacement pump pressurizing technology are applied fo hydrauic system to achieve high efficiency and more reliable.
- Specialized control system: Adaping the specified controler and software, after completion of machine’s commission and parameter seting, all the settled parameters can make use of SD card for storage and re-install into other machines, it is really very convenience for function testing and after service.
- Energy saving: Refer to our testing result, this system can save minimum 35% of energy consumption at any machine. And also it can joint together with special boards and sofware installed to achieve the totally energy consumption and unit product energy consumption, and help the customers to understand the production cost.
- Stripper station adopts long-distance digital laser sensor for detection, to protect mould safety.
- Stripper station installs light curtain, to protect personal safety.
- Optional servo rotary, precise, long using time, easy maintenance, save energy.
- Optional injection with all-electric way, replacing hydraulic way.
