Product Description
When you should use a double-stage extruder?
If your material needs special dispersion but not over shear like the cable material (PVC, XLPE, HFFR, etc). The primary twin screw extruder provides the mixing and dispersing, the second single screw extruder is for pelletizing.
Features
- 1st stage is the twin screw extruder without die head, 2nd stage is the large size single screw extruder.
- Twin screw extruder is for shearing, dispersing and compounding process, no counter pressure because of no die head, which avoid temperature peak and ensure high output.
- Single screw is extruder for cooling and creating pressure for extruding and cutting.
- Excellent compounding effectiveness and high output.
Applications
PVC compounds, foaming material, thermosets as well as kinds of cable compounds i.e., PVC, XLPE semiconductive, etc.
