Masterbatch Production Solutions

Our KTE series parallel twin-screw extruder can process basic masterbatch, filling masterbatch, functional color masterbatch, fiberglass/carbon fiber reinforced materials, various cable materials and powder coatings, with a production capacity of 2-1100kg/h; The KTE/SE series twin-screw two-stage extruder is suitable for processing thermosensitive polymers and PE cross-linked materials, with a production capacity of 120-1500kg/h, which varies depending on the material and processing technology.

Our plastic recycling equipment includes food grade PET crushing and cleaning lines, soft/hard PP/PE crushing and cleaning and granulation lines, PET slicing and granulation lines, PP/PE recycling composite lines, and other series. It is equipped with crushers, shredders, extruders and other equipment, and has the characteristics of intelligent control, low energy consumption, high production capacity, and high degree of automation. Some have obtained CE certification and can adapt to 12 types of plastics such as HDPE, PP, PET, PVC, as well as various waste forms such as films, bottles, cans, hard materials, composite films, etc. It can process waste into high-purity, low moisture recycled pellets, and some meet food grade standards.
