The present invention discloses a spray-free PA6 composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is prepared from 80-100 parts of PA6, 6-10 parts of spray-free modified filler, 0.1-0.3 parts of compatibilizer, and 0.1-0.5 parts of antioxidant by weight, wherein the spray-free modified filler is metal powder sequentially coated with a PGMA film and silica on its surface. The addition of metal powder sequentially coated with a PGMA film and silica to the PA6 system imparts a metallic texture to the PA6 surface, achieving a spray-free effect, and the PA6 composite material exhibits excellent mechanical properties.
