The microspheres comprise galantamine embonate, a lactide-glycolide copolymer, and a weakly alkaline additive, and are prepared by a hot-melt extrusion combined with low-temperature pulverization technology. Compared with the prior art, the microspheres prepared by the present invention have low initial burst release, sufficient drug release, low moisture content, simple preparation process, high product yield and encapsulation efficiency, and are suitable for industrial production.
