The invention discloses a degradable barrier composition, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1‑9 parts of PPCP, 1‑9 parts of PLA, 0.01‑2 parts of solubilizer and 0.1‑1 part of auxiliary agent. By optimizing the weight ratio of PPCP, PLA and compatibilizer, the composition achieves excellent tensile strength and greatly improved mechanical properties. The selection of raw materials, preparation processes and additives for PPCP enhances the biodegradability, enabling complete degradation after 3 months of accelerated composting. The blended formula of PLA and PPCP maintains high transparency as well as excellent water vapor and oxygen barrier properties. Meanwhile, the addition of PPCP significantly reduces production costs and supports large-scale industrial production.
