The composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60‑80 parts of copolymerized polypropylene, 5‑10 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 0.5‑1 part of diamino silane oligomer, 10‑20 parts of inorganic filler and 6‑11 parts of other auxiliaries. The added diamino silane oligomer features high polarity and easy migration, which effectively improves the surface polarity of the material and enhances paint adhesion strength. It also serves as an effective powder dispersant to prevent filler agglomeration and further optimize mechanical properties. The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer has good compatibility with copolymerized polypropylene and toughening agents, causing negligible impact on overall mechanical performance and without limiting the application scope of the material.
