The customer first ordered one set of 75B. The copper pipe of this machine is always bad. We sent it once for free, and the result was broken again.

The customer said that our quality was poor and asked us to give him the pipe he requested for the material. Our machine never have sucha problem, so we think it is definitely not a matter of copper pipe.

We asked the customer to take pictures to us. The copper pipes inthe photos were blocked. We suspect that the customers did not usesoft water. The magazines in the water led to the blockage of the copper pipes.

So we asked the customer to use soft water and sent a copper pipeto the customer for free. After that, the customer never had such aproblem again, and ordered two more machines!
