The Omani customer came to China to attend the Canton Fair at the end of October. When he saw our machine at the fiercely competitive exhibition, he immediately contacted only us. After receiving the quotation, he quickly came to China to visit the factory at the end of December. We gave a careful reception, respected the customer’s religious culture, and made arrangements for food, clothing, housing and transportation.
The customer originally used a German machine, but suffered from accessories problems. He had also found several manufacturers in Zhejiang to match accessories, but in the end, they did not meet customer expectations and could not be used.
After coming to our factory and seeing the machine, our machine has similar patented technology to that of Europe, modular design, convenient mold replacement, standardized and complete accessories, and our professional after-sales service gave customers great confidence, especially the $500 service we provide to customers every year, which solves the customer’s headache.
