Plastic raw material is a kind of polymer, which can also be called polymer or macromolecule. It is also commonly known as plastic or resin. The so-called plastic raw material is actually a kind of [synthetic resin]. Its shape is similar to [pine resin] in natural resin, but it is called plastic because it is synthesized through the power of chemistry.

This kind of polymer is composed of many smaller molecules with simple structure, which are combined by covalent bonds. There are many types of polymers. Generally, if they are classified based on their changes in response to heat, they can be divided into two major categories.

Classification

General plastic raw materials: ABS, ABS high rubber powder, ADPOLY, AS (SAN), CA, CAB, EAA, EVA, GPPS, HDPE, HIPS, LDPE, LLDPE, MBS, MS, MVLDPE (metallocene), PP, PVC.

Engineering plastic raw materials: COC, K(Q) glue, LCP, PA/ABS, PA46, PA6, PA6/66, PA612, PA66, PBT, PC, PC/ABS, PC/PBT, PC/PET, PEEK, PEI, PET, PETG, PMMA, POM, PPA, PPE, PPO, PPS.

Thermoplastic elastomer raw materials: CPE, POE, SBR, SBS, SEBS, SIS, TPE, TPEE, TPO, TPR, TPSIV, TPU, TPV, TPX.

Thermosetting plastic raw materials: EP, PU, bakelite powder and electric jade powder.

Uses

Polystyrene hard glue: lampshades, instrument covers, toys, etc.

Polypropylene PP (100% glue): packaging bags, wire drawing, packaging, daily necessities, toys, etc.

PPC: daily necessities, electrical appliances, etc.

Polyethylene LDPE (flower material, tube material): packaging plastic bags, glue flowers, plastic bottles and wires, packaging materials, etc.

CPE: building materials, pipes, cable insulation, heavy packaging materials;

Nylon 9: mechanical parts, pumps, cable sheaths;

Nylon 1010: ropes, pipes, gears, mechanical parts;

Injection molding: extrusion molding of Teflon, PFA chemical accessories, mechanical parts;

Injection molding: extrusion molding of ETFE chemical accessories and mechanical parts;

Polyphenylene ether: gears, bearings, chemical equipment and parts working at higher temperatures;

Polyurethane PU: shoe soles, chair cushions and mattresses, artificial leather, paint;

Silicone resin: rubber products, release agents, emulsion elastomers, varnish coatings, etc.

Unsaturated polyester: coatings, fiberglass, decorative parts, floors, buttons, etc.

High-density polyethylene HDPE: drawing, injection molding, hollow, film, cable material, pipe, etc.

Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer EVA: film, foaming, etc.

Polypropylene PP: injection molding, fiber, powder, BOPP film, coating film, etc.

Copolymerized polypropylene: low fat-soluble, medium fat-soluble, high fat-soluble, etc.

PE: building materials, plastic bags, plastic films, milk buckets, etc.

PP, PE, PVC: food packaging bags, plastic bags, etc.

PS: foam lunch box;

ABS: machinery, automobiles, electronic appliances, instrumentation, textiles and construction, etc.

PET: synthetic fiber, packaging containers, etc.

POM: machine tool processing, welding, etc.

PTFE: resistant to acids and alkalis, organic solvents, etc.

Bakelite: insulation material for electrical appliances, daily necessities, etc.

Injection molding is a common way to use plastic raw materials. However, precision injection molding pursues the creation of high-precision injection molded products. Precision injection molding has two indicators: one is equipment accuracy, and the other is mold error. Precision injection molding has the most sophisticated injection molding- related products.

The injection molding process is the process of transforming plastic from solid state (powder or granules) to liquid state (melt) and then to solid state (product). From pellets to melt, and then from melt to finished products, the process must go through the effects of temperature field, stress field, flow field, density field, etc. Under the combined effect of these fields, different plastics have different polymer structures. and rheological properties.

In precision injection molding, molds are one of the keys to obtaining precision plastic products that meet quality requirements. The molds used for precision injection molding should actually meet the requirements of product size, accuracy and shape. However, even if the accuracy and size of the mold are consistent, the actual size of the molded plastic products will be inconsistent due to differences in shrinkage. Therefore, effectively controlling the shrinkage rate of plastic products is very important in precision injection molding technology.

Raw material recycling

Flow heated outside air over a moisture-saturated dehumidification/drying bed.

To complete the dehumidification/drying bed the moisture absorbed will be released.

When the dehumidification/drying bed is sufficiently dry, it will be cooled.

And after the moisture in the other drying bed reaches saturation, it is replaced into the closed loop again.
