The composition comprises PBT resin, glass fiber, ionic polymer, initiator, and optionally lubricant and nucleating agent, wherein the mass content of the ionic polymer is 1-30% based on the total weight of PBT resin and ionic polymer. By adding an ionic polymer to the glass fiber-PBT blend, the present invention simultaneously improves the strength and toughness of the blend. Moreover, the addition of an initiator forms covalent bonds between different components, achieving both reinforcement and toughening of the material with a single additive, thereby improving compatibility and overall material performance.
