The present application relates to the technical field of thermoplastic elastomer materials, in particular to a thermoplastic elastomer composite resistant to hot and humid aging and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials for preparation, in parts by weight, comprise: 40–60 parts of SEBS, 10–30 parts of SBS, 10–30 parts of polypropylene, 0–3 parts of maleic anhydride grafted material, 20–50 parts of filler, 1–5 parts of silicone masterbatch, 10–30 parts of POE, and 5–20 parts of naphthenic oil. The silicone masterbatch contains ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane. The thermoplastic elastomer composite resistant to hot and humid aging of the present application can significantly improve the processing technology of the composite by selecting SEBS and SBS with specific molecular structures and melt indices, as well as maleic anhydride grafted material with a specific grafting ratio, enabling processing at lower temperature and pressure and effectively reducing processing energy consumption. Meanwhile, the prepared thermoplastic elastomer composite resistant to hot and humid aging not only further improves its mechanical properties but also enhances heat resistance. The resulting composite has high hardness and low specific gravity, expanding its application scope.
