The invention provides a transparent nylon/Surlyn alloy material, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of transparent nylon resin; 5–50 parts of Surlyn resin; 0.1–3 parts of N-ethyl p-toluenesulfonamide. By using Surlyn resin as a toughening agent, good toughness at room temperature and low temperature can be achieved, along with high transparency.
