The invention discloses a low-odor, high-transparency and ultra-high-flow polypropylene, comprising the following components by mass percentage: 96%–99.89% polypropylene resin, 0.1%–2% free radical initiator, 0–0.2% lubricant, 0.01%–0.3% antioxidant and 0–1.5% compound transparent nucleating agent. By adding a special compound transparent nucleating agent, the invention synergistically acts polypropylene resin with initiator, lubricant and antioxidant to obtain ultra-high-flow polypropylene with high transparency, low yellow index and low haze. The invention also provides a brand-new preparation device and process for the above low-odor, high-transparency and ultra-high-flow polypropylene, which can further improve the transparency, low odor and low volatility of the product during preparation based on the new formula. The product can be successfully prepared by a one-step method, facilitating large-scale popularization and production in factories. Meanwhile, it greatly solves the problem of small molecule residues in the product and simplifies the post-treatment process of non-woven fabric manufacturers.
