- This machine adopts a more optimized heating and cooling system, divided into multiple temperature control zones, each with independent thermocouples, to keep the material temperature adjustable at all times to ensure product performance. Temperature control accuracy is up to ±1℃.
- Adopting advanced Siemens PLC or Delta control system, with a 10 inch touch screen operation, this machine has high humanization, intelligence, and safety, and automatically and accurately displays the measurement of important parameters such as melt pressure, temperature, and wire diameter curve during the extrusion process.
- The traction roller adopts servo motor with stable speed and stepless speed regulation. Forming a closed-loop control with the laser caliper, it can quickly respond to changes in extrusion speed. The accuracy of the wire diameter is stable at plus or minus 0.02mm.
- The cycloidal mechanism is equipped with high-precision limit sensors, a wire tracing device, precise positioning, and a neat winding function. Prevent tangling and jamming of 3D printing consumables during use.

Suitable for ABS PLA, TPU/TPR elastomer, low-temperature PCL, water-soluble PVA Conventional polymer materials such as PE and PA6.
