Accuracy of Shape
When the tubular plastic billet is inflated by compressed air after the mold is closed, it will tightly adhere to the inner wall of the mold cavity, and the shape of the mold cavity will be accurately replicated on the product.
Dimensional Accuracy
The dimensional accuracy of the mold is directly transmitted to the product, and high-precision mold processing and assembly can ensure minimal dimensional errors in the mold cavity.
Surface Finish
Fine polishing, grinding and other treatments are carried out on the surface of the mold to achieve extremely high smoothness, so that the surface of the formed product can be smooth and even.
Wall Thickness Distribution
A reasonable design of the clamping port and layout of the exhaust hole groove can evenly squeeze the billet when the mold is closed, ensuring that the wall thickness of the billet is evenly distributed during the blowing process.
Cooling Efficiency
The cooling system design of the mold directly affects the cooling efficiency, which in turn determines the cycle time and energy consumption. A good cooling system can quickly cool and shape the product.
Smoothness of Demolding
The demolding slope, surface roughness, and design of the ejection mechanism of the mold all affect the demolding process. Smoothness, ejection mechanism, and appropriate demolding slope are important.
